Determine further actions to take on quarantined Exchange Online emails by viewing the email content without download.

Cloud App Security allows the administrator to preview quarantined Exchange Online emails in the console and end users to preview their quarantined Exchange Online emails in the Cloud App Security add-in.

  1. Go to Quarantine.
  2. Select the service Exchange Online or Exchange Online (Inline Mode).
  3. Click Enable Email Preview under the search bar.
  4. In the dialog box displayed, select Enable email preview.
    Note:

    Enabling email preview permits Cloud App Security to collect your email content to show in preview.

    For emails quarantined after you enable this feature, you can click the timestamp of a quarantined email to view the content. Currently, only the email body supports preview.
