Adding Content Filtering Expression Lists

When you select the Content filtering expression lists as the keyword source, you can select one or more expression lists (containing the keywords) to match in email messages.

Note

Before you can add content filtering expression lists in a content filtering rule, configure the expressions on the Content Filtering Expression Lists screen.

Procedure

Under Expression List Settings, click Add Expression List.
Select a message section.
Configure the required settings for the message section you select.
- For the Header message section, do the following:
  1. Select or specify a message header.
  2. Select an entry.
  3. Click Add.
- For the Body or Attachment message section, do the following:
  1. Select an entry.
  2. Click Add.
Tip

Repeat the procedure to add more entries.

You can click the trash can icon () to remove an entry from the table.
