Upgrading Multiple PolicyServer Services Connected to the Same Database

Only one PolicyServer can perform the database upgrade at a time.

Stop the services "TMEEservice" and "PolicyServerWindowsService" on all PolicyServer instances except the one to upgrade.
1. Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
2. Right-click PolicyServer Windows Service and then select Stop.
Perform the upgrade on the active server.
See Upgrading PolicyServer.
After the upgrade completes and the database replicates, run the upgrade on the remaining PolicyServer instances.
