Navigate to Agent Management.
In the agent tree, select one or several agents.
Click Manage Agent Tree > Move Agent.
Select Move selected agent(s) to another group.
Select the group from the drop-down list.
Decide whether to apply the settings of the new group to the agents.
Click Move.
