- Access the administrator console. The logon screen for the Trend Micro Email Security administrator console appears.

Click Forgot your Password.
The Reset Password screen appears.
- Type the user name and email address of your local account.

Click Send verification code.
A verification code is sent to the above specified email address.
- Specify the verification code.
- Specify and confirm your new password.

Click Finish.
You can use the new password to log on to the administrator console.
