You can create and modify email template content to ensure partners and customers stay notified of specific events.
To authorize Licensing Management Platform to send email messages using your company domain, you can add the following Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record to your domain name server.

You cannot configure multiple templates for the same event. Licensing Management Platform provides unique templates for events that differ depending on Activation Code requirements.
