The Detection & Response > Assessments > {Task
                  name} screen provides a list of all customers with email or endpoint data matching
               the specified assessment criteria.
The following tasks are available on the Detection &
                  Response: Assessments > {Task name} screen.
| Task | Description | 
| Export data | Click Export All to save the affected customer list in
                              a CSV file. | 
| View matched emails | Click the count in the Matched Messages column to
                              view details about emails matching your specified criteria. You can quarantine or
                              delete
                              messages, and block file attachments and embedded URLs. For more information, see Matched messages. | 
| View matched endpoints | Click the count in the Matched Endpoints column to
