Scanning Worry-Free Security Agents

Procedure

1. Open the Kaseya VSA web console, and go to Trend Micro → Worry-Free Services → Endpoints.
   The following screen appears:

   

2. Filter endpoints using the drop-down list:
   • All Security Agents
   • Online
   • Offline
   • Outdated agents
   • Unloaded agents
3. Select the check boxes next to the endpoints on which you want to manage scanning.
4. Click Scans and select the scan option:
   • Start Normal Scan: Starts a normal manual scan
   • Start Aggressive Scan: Starts an advanced scan to analyze and clean threats that Normal Scan cannot remove
   • Stop Scan: Stops any scan that the Security Agent is performing
5. Confirm the command in the dialog that appears.
