Updating Worry-Free Security Agents

Procedure

1. Open the Kaseya VSA web console, and go to Trend Micro → Worry-Free Services → Endpoints.
   The following screen appears:

   

2. Filter endpoints using the drop-down list:
   • All Security Agents
   • Online
   • Offline
   • Outdated agents
   • Unloaded agents
3. Select the check boxes next to the endpoints you want to update and click Update.
   A confirmation screen appears.
4. Click Update.
