Before the deployment, be sure to download the required Enforcement Agent installation package from the management console in Administration > SERVICE DEPLOYMENT > Enforcement Agent.

Deploy the Enforcement Agent to Windows or macOS computers. Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements:

  • RAM: 100 MB

  • Disk size: 200 MB

To deploy to individual computers, copy the installation package directly on the target computer or remotely by establishing a remote connection to the computer.

To deploy to multiple computers, copy the installation package to a shared computer in your network and then use a software distribution tool, such as:

  • Active Directory GPO for the Windows-based Enforcement Agent

    Record the location of the package, such as \\GPO_controller server\shared_folder\enforcement_agent\.

  • Apple Remote Desktop for the macOS-based Enforcement Agent
