After the Enforcement Agent is installed on a computer:

  • The agent is represented by an icon in the system tray.

    • Windows

    • macOS

    The icon only displays if the option Show status was selected when customizing the Enforcement Agent installation package on the management console (Administration > SERVICE DEPLOYMENT > Enforcement Agent).

  • On a Windows computer:

    • The agent is available in the list of installed programs (for example, from Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features).

    • The agent's services, TMWSSvc and TMWSLocalProxySvc, are available on the Services screen (services.msc). The status for both services is Started.

  • On a macOS computer, the agent is available in the /Applications/TrendMicro folder.
