This screen contains all log favorites defined on the Log Analysis screens. If you monitor logs frequently, this screen provides a convenient way of viewing the logs that are of interest to you.

Settings for log favorites are reused in customized reports. These customized reports are available when configuring a report template. For details, see Configuring A Report Template.

  1. Go to Logs & Reports > Log Favorites.
  2. Manage log favorites.

    Details

    Open a log favorite

    Select the log favorite.

    The corresponding Log Analysis screen opens, displaying logs according to the search criteria defined in the log favorite.

    Delete a log favorite

    Select one or several log favorites and then click Delete.

    Sort the log favorite information

    Sort the information in ascending or descending order in either of the following ways:

    • Click the title area of a column.

    • Click the up or down arrow at the right of the title area of a column.

    Search for a log favorite

    Type a log favorite name or part of the name in the Search text box.

    Note:

    If there are many entries in the table, type some characters in the Search text box to narrow down the entries. As you type, the entries that match the characters you typed are displayed immediately. TMWS searches all cells in the table for matches.
