When the TMWS certificate in Okta expires, replace it with the new TMWS certificate.

  1. Obtain the new TMWS certificate.
    1. In the TMWS console, go to Administration > USERS & AUTHENTICATION > Directory Services.
    2. Click here on the upper area of the Directory Services screen.
    3. On the screen that appears, select Okta.
    4. In the Service Provider Settings for the Okta Admin Portal area, click Download Service Provider Public Certificate.

      The new TMWS certificate is downloaded.

  2. Log on to the Okta admin portal.
  3. Go to Applications > Applications.
  4. Click the TMWS app.
  5. On the Sign On tab, click Edit.
  6. On the right of the Encryption Certificate field, click Browse.., choose the new TMWS certificate, and click Upload.
  7. Scroll down and click Save.

    "Settings saved!" is displayed on the page. The certificate is successfully replaced.
