Trend Micro account	Use an account created from the Trend Micro™ Customer Licensing Portal™ (CLP) to log on to the TMWS management console. TMWS management console URL	Obtain the URL from Trend Micro.
Browser	Open the management console from one of the following supported browsers: Google Chrome 55 or later Mozilla Firefox 50.0.1 or later Apple Safari 8 or later Microsoft Edge 83 or later

Obtain the URL from Trend Micro.

Browser

Open the management console from one of the following supported browsers:

Open a browser window and type the management console URL.
Type your user name and password, and then click Log On.
If you try to log in with an incorrect password three successive times within an hour, a Captcha code appears for you to enter to ensure that a real person is attempting to log in.

The system will automatically log you out if you do not perform any operation on the console for an hour.
Follow the instructions in the Get Started popup window.
Verify your organization and license information.
1. Go to Administration > License Information.
2. Verify the organization name and the license information.
