This section describes how to grant Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection access to cloud storage services such as Box, Dropbox and Google Drive. During the access grant, a service account is created for Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection to access the cloud storage services.

Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection access the cloud storage services using Authorized Accounts through the OAuth 2.0 flow.
