Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection allows the administrator to customize the signature for notification email messages. When the custom email signature is enabled, it applies to all notification email messages that Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection sends to administrators and users.

Procedure

  1. In Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection, go to Policies → Global Settings → Other Settings → Notification Settings → Notification Email Settings.
  2. Select the Customize the signature for notification email messages check box, and specify the signature in the Signature Content text box.

    The signature content cannot exceed 255 characters.
  3. Click Save.
