May 19, 2025—Inactivity timeout and max session timeout can now be customized in Trend Vision One. This gives organizations the flexibility to comply with regulatory standards and meet internal security policy requirements.

The default timeouts for these settings are based on industry best practices:

Inactivity timeout: 15 minutes
Max session timeout: 8 hours
