May 23, 2025—Cloud Email and Collaboration Protection includes the “Replace with text/file” action for detecting password-protected files in Malware Scanning for Exchange Online and Exchange Online (Inline Mode). This enhancement allows administrators to replace password-protected files in emails with the preconfigured text or file.
