This update includes the following changes:

This update enhances stability to prevent the download process from hanging.
This update upgrades aiohttp to the latest version to address vulnerabilities CVE-2023-49081, CVE-2023-49082, and BDSA-2024-5281.
This update improves the stability of product update downloads in Local ActiveUpdate.
