The Account Management screen allows you to monitor the access that your associates have to your company's Trend Micro products/services.

The following table describes the information on the Account Management screen.

Description

Account Name

Click the Account Name link to view and edit the account information and access permissions to managed services.

First name

The first name of the account owner

Last name

The last name of the account owner

Email Address

The email address of the account owner

Managed Services

Hover over the Managed Services column to view which services the account can access and the access permissions granted per service.

2FA

Indicates whether the account owner enabled the Two-Factor Authentication feature on the My Account screen
