Edit user accounts to change basic account information and grant or change the access permissions to managed services.

Important:

You cannot change the Account name or Two-Factor Authentication status of a user account.

  1. Go to Company > Account Management > [account name].

    The Edit Account screen appears.

  2. Modify the basic user information as required.
  3. In the Managed Services section:
    1. Select the check box next to the Product/Service to which you want the user to have access.
    2. Select the Role permission for the user for the product/service.
  4. Click Save.
