After downloading the Endpoint Encryption Deployment Tool, users may encounter one of the following issues:

The Manage Program button in Plug-in Manager may be disabled.

The Manage Program may be enabled, but after clicking the button, users see only a blank screen.
Both of these issues result in users being unable to access the Endpoint Encryption Deployment Tool.
Resolution
This issue may occur because Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed or enabled on the OfficeScan Server endpoint.
Install .NET Framework 3.5 manually or enable .NET Framework 3.5 in Windows Features.
