Click Users & Licenses > Customers.
The Customers screen appears.

Locate and click the company in the table.
A screen appears with detailed company information.

On the Licenses tab, click Assign Individual
Service Plan.
The Assign Individual Service Plan screen appears.

Select a service plan from the drop-down list.
Note:
If the selected service plan and the current service plans associated with this customer contain duplicate licenses, a crossgrade is required to resolve the conflict.

Specify the number of units to assign to each license.
Note:
The type of unit depends on the type of product or service the plan is for.
- Specify the license start date.

Click Save.
License Management Platform assigns the service plan to the customer.
