Use the individual customer screen (Users & Licenses > Customers > {Company name}) to manage individual customer settings, including service plans, account details, and company profile.

The following table outlines the sections available on the individual customer screen.

Section

Description

Customer information banner

Displays the following information:

  • Status: Indicates whether the partnership status is Enabled or Disabled.

    Note:

    You can click Enabled or Disabled to change the status from the Profile tab.

  • Vendor: Indicates the vendor that is licensing products to the specified customer.

Licenses tab

Allows for the management of customer service plans

Accounts tab

Allows for the management of customer account settings

Click the account name to modify general information, disable the account, or reset the account password.
